ABOUT WILL SCHARF

Will Scharf is a constitutional attorney, a former violent crime prosecutor, and a conservative activist running for Missouri Attorney General to take on the special interests, lobbyists, and political insiders who have run Jefferson City for far too long.

As one of President Donald J. Trump’s personal attorneys, Scharf is at the forefront of the fight to defend the MAGA movement and its leader, President Trump, against the unconstitutional campaign of lawfare being waged by Joe Biden and his crooked political allies.  Scharf and his team have taken this fight all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court – and have won.

Scharf has long been a warrior for the conservative movement, known for his unwavering dedication to upholding constitutional principles and defending law and order.  During the Trump Administration, he played an instrumental role in the successful fights to confirm Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, working to build the most conservative Supreme Court in almost a century.  Because of these victories, the conservative movement has had an unprecedented string of successes in the last few years: defending religious liberty, upholding the Second Amendment, striking down race-based affirmative action, and overturning Roe v. Wade.

Scharf also worked as a federal violent crimes prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri, leading over 100 federal felony prosecutions and sending violent criminals to prison for hundreds of years.

As a conservative activist, Scharf has fought to reduce taxes, cut government regulation, and take on violent crime.

A graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School, where he was President of the Federalist Society, Scharf clerked for two conservative federal appeals court judges, and has practiced law in courts ranging from Missouri trial courts to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Scharf's vision for Missouri is clear: to push back against the encroachment of the radical woke left and the overreach of the federal government. He believes that now, more than ever, Missourians need leaders who will boldly confront these challenges and defend conservative principles without compromise.
